The HBK feud was proposed as a trilogy with HBK winning the first match and losing the next two, Hogan didn't trust Vince or Shawn to follow through so he demanded the first win. Then HBK threw a fit at Summerslam because he got outpoliticked.

Roman always winning doesn't make him look strong if it's always a dirty finish. When you lay down for somebody's finisher for 3 seconds, you're putting them over.
