More than that, what's even the kayfabe reason for the WWE belt? As far as I recall, it was just given to I believe Lesnar in order to have two champions on both shows. But it's fucking retarded.
I mean, realistically, a company would have "one" show. And with that, they can have weight divisions, the women's title which is freeweight because there's not many naturally heavy women unless they're fat, and THEN you can have the WWE belt, to prove who's the best in the entire company. The weight division belts are just for the weight classes, but the E belt can be all weight, potentially even all gender, class. But then you'd have people bitching about women winning against roided out guys and whatever.
So if they want it to make sense, it should be

There's no need for an international belt because that's under the assumption the belt can be cross promotion, as previous belts in other sports have been. And those are usually world wide, hence "intercontinental".
US is unnecessary because WWE is already a US company. It would only make sense if there were a branch in other nations like Europe and Japan and whatever, or if all the companies shared regional belts together, which would never happen because of egoism and self marks.
Actual gimmick belts (hardcore/24-7) are fine if they stay within their concept, but ones like hardcore are much more believable because it's representative of the style they're a champion of. Maybe something like a Shoot Wrestle Belt or Grappling Belt or something. But that would probably lead to more chaos since it would rely on a level of shoot and work wrestling that most wouldn't be able to handle without getting their egos hurt.
TLDR: WWE is retarded and needs to downsize titles at some point.
