Because it's on free TV that every niglet in the country could watch (but still lost 1/2 it's initial audience since premiering) and the last time it aired on cable it lost to Dynamite.

Like, Paige was the female Edge in terms of being popular and coming back from an injury, then she comes out to a decent pop and disappears into the crowd within a month
