Take Christianity for example, it's the only religion in the world that non believers will argue against never opening a Bible.
If you are comfortable with being hated just because you believe in God, go for it, because trust me, the fakes within the religion do not matter considering it warns you of people like that.

I only care about the fact that I feel like I would always feel like a fraud in my heart, even if I totally committed myself to Christianity. Or any other religion. I just fear I can't buy completely in, so I will always feel like I'm faking it.
