I like the fact that he does the opposite of most insider wrestletubers, he doesn't try to put himself over (since he never was) and never talks trash about anyone, he's always so diplomatic and fully aware of his shortcomings, it's his real personality, bland and accommodating but that's also what makes him palatable for the masses as opposed to people like cornette that appeals to a cult like fanbase that not only has to share his views on wrestling but his mark takes on american politics and other things non-wrestling.
