This is quite a burial of AEW. He's basically saying "look at the business WWE have gotten out of Cody, imagine what they could do with Ospreay." He's tacitly saying WWE can utilize guys he thinks of as significantly worse, significantly better.
That said Ospreay wouldn't draw for WWE because he's a bong.
