135 lbs overhead press
225 lbs for bench press
315 lbs for squats
405 lbs for deadlift
I mean if you have never lifted before you probably aren't going to be able to hit those the first time you go to the gym. 1/2/3/4 is the starting point because it is generally considered what you should be hitting when you are ready to fully commit to working out. Generally speaking benching your bodyweight is good enough for the average guy who doesn't lift.
