And they did upload to full speech to YouTube afterward. It really wasn't much of a speech, and it certainly wouldn't have been worth putting on Dynamite. And what were people even expecting? A classic babyface promo when he's got nothing left to promote? A lengthy prepared speech like for a hall of fame induction?
My guess is that the original plan wasn't even for him to make a speech that would air on the PPV. They probably figured that he'd say a few words to the live crowd after the PPV went dark and they'd upload that like they often do, but then Darby kind of just got caught up in the moment and launched into it without waiting for the broadcast to sign off. Even aside from getting cut off, it felt awkward and impromptu and not like the kind of big "moment" TK tries to end his PPVs on.
