>>14010176Everyone in the stable has repeatedly said this. It was a stable formed for no other reason that for Roman to look strong. And it was super fucking obvious, because the ONLY (one) time Roman lost was to not make the New Day and Tag Titles a total joke (though it was at the time).
>>14010164If I remember correctly from the time, Smackdown was taped similar to how Rampage and ROH works in AEW now for a number of shows, especially when they couldn't run arenas or make the travelling arangements.
Exhausted crowds don't help overall.
If you really want the answer as to why no one reacted to the Evolution return?
>2nd Raw after Mania, 49 minutes of matches on a 3 hour show>had to do a tribute to the Ultimate Warrior>WWE Intercontinental Title #1 Contendership caused them to pretty much rush the entire number of matches>none of the matches on the card except for that one 11v3 handicap match actually mattered and it was the last match on the card>no heavyweight/wwe title to be seen anywhere>Evolution was 3 guys, all of which were current talent>in fact, Batista and Randy already had a match that night against the Usos>speaking of, they had literal random tag matches for no reason too>the one match that could've built to someone was a dark match after the show ended>longest match on the card was Barrett v Dolph when they had fucking RVD on the showSee, the reason why people liked it when the Shield reunited is that they ended on immensely bad terms. Evolution had fought and all, sure. But Evolution members have never had an actual major disliking of each other, except maybe Triple H and Batista, but that only applies when they seemingly want it to apply to Batista.
Another thing, is that no one wanted to see Triple H and Batista and Randy Orton in another main event picture right after Wrestlemania 30 like they didn't lose something literally 2 weeks beforehand.
