The whole "you owe me respect because I'm older" shit has to be THE premier small dick energy shit of the wrestling business. The shear fact that shitters think younger wrestlers should bow down to them in the shear merit of "I broke in before you" is fucking retarded. No one has ever paid to see Bubba. Bubba was in the main event of TNA when they were fucking crashing. He was brought back just last year to a resounding "meh" and sub 800 PPV (with heavy ticket padding). Bubba doesn't deserve anyone's respect, and his ego is fucking insane.

I think they used to be softer. WWE itself is built on a solid diet of respecting your elders (even when they were shitters). Those shitters eventually got cushy jobs and subsequently reinforced this shit. People were buried by their WWE friends for upsetting Veterans years in the past. EC3 was brought back to WWE specifically so they could bury him for making a mockery of a producer during the initial NXT days. Vince actually paid this guy some $250k a year so he could bury him due to him "disrespecting" a veteran producer. Shit is soft.
