it wouldn't work if audited but the main point was that punk originally wanted to be considerate enough to not have to be suing colt's mommy at the same time he was suing colt himself for money that was in their shared bank account
colt originally told punk he couldn't cover litigation fees and asked if punk could cover the both of them and punk obliged then only to discover colt was tucking money away
some time later punk bailed on paying for colt after discovering this and colt tried to sue him for it
the suing punk part is where punk lost it for real
