He has been saying that this contract is his last one before he retires for years no. Back before WWE put the squash on talent streaming on twitch he used to do streams all the time and would constantly say that if he resigned it would be the last one.

A load of wrestlers say this and yet nearly all of them keep going beyond the point that they've become slow lumbering old men wrestling shitty botchfest matches. Look at Undertaker as an example, the always said he would retire before he lost his touch, and yet the last 5 years of his career were a joke.
