He still is. Nothing's changed, but years of WWE revisionism have tried to paint Paul as some kind of legend, on par with the likes of Austin, Rock, Hogan, and Macho Man. He never was. He was a mid-carder who tanked the company for his selfish ends and was allowed to do so because his father-in-law is a paint-huffing retard.
