how? he got fired from aew and the wwe isn't going to fire him for something that happened last year in a different company. he clearly didn't get beat up because he was on the show a few minutes later without any visible signs of having had a fight. he clearly didn't threaten anyone with any weapons or objects because with all the shit that has been leaked so far everyone would know about that at this point plus there would have been actual repercussions beyond getting fired plus tony would have at least tried to get an nda like he did for the brawl for all. if he gets exposed as lying about choking him or about not going beyond that then he can just play it off and use it for a promo.

I seen Punk reference AEW multiple times and it got zero response. You can tell he was trying hard for a “ooooo” moment but it just never happened.’
