If they wanted to justify firing him and the footage does that then they should have released it but not on TV because there is no benefit to wasting valuable TV time like that.
Doing it months later like this, the only possible positive outcome is that you could vindicate Jungle Jack depending on the footage and there is a 99.9999% chance that the footage does not do that, and even if it did that would make aew look even worse for suspending him forever.
So no, there is literally no positive outcome. AEW is promoting itself as a mismanaged dumpster fire and reminding everyone of the backstage issues AGAIN to try to get publicity during wrestlemania and seethe over a guy who doesn't work there anymore.
This is not good publicity.
The only reason people talk about aew is to shit on it, laugh at Tony or cringe about their fucked up locker room fights and Tony is making it worse again after causing all the drama by refusing to ever do his job and fix it.
