You can agree/disagree about the backstage stories with CM Punk, but we can all see for ourselves, AEW isn't a serious business. They're paying guys sports entertainment money to have 25 minute matches and 45 second promos. This isn't the UFC, this isn't Boxing, we know it's fake. We need stories, drama, conflict, suspense, comedy to keep us glued to the television. But AEW keeps plowing forward, wasting tens of millions yearly on washed-up WWE guys instead of, at a minimum, overpaying guys like Garcia or Yuta who will ultimately draw the same rating.
