Meltzer is far more well-adjusted than Alvarez. Meltzer has a clue of shit that happens in other parts of the world. Bryan literally just watches wrestling and does gymnastics. He has nothing else. Meltzer talks about hanging out with his friends and shit, biking, his kids, like despite being autistic, he still has a life outside the observer.

The whole Rocky thing kinda blew my mind. Like Dave is referencing something that happened in the movie Rocky and Bryan thinks he is talking about Dwayne Johnson and gets confused. Dave had to explain to him that Rocky was a movie, and Bryan just straight up says he hasn't watched TV or film since the 90s and the only think he does besides his MMA stuff is watch wrestling. Like the guy literally has nothing outside of wrestling. No non-wrestling friends, no non-wrestling hobbies, no non-wrestling interests.

Dusty Rhodes pawned a watch twenty years ago to pay for acting lessons for Cody and his sister. Nick Khan found the watch and gave it to Cody.
Alvarez was acting like this was completely outside the realms of possibility and that it had to be a copy of the watch and not the same one Dusty had and argued with Dave Meltzer over it being a real story.

Begrudgingly is wild. They always said that. At one time AEW had that. It all changed when Punk came to AEW, Cody left, and for some reason TK started booking like an idiot.

Seriously I listen to every show and while I disagree with some things I do agree with their criticisms for the most part. There hasn't been a lot of things to criticize WWE for since Vince left and the opposite can be said for AEW.
