That’s cool and all but how does the two different shield reunions factor in? Seth being mad at Dean’s cancer bit? The matches they’ve had since? If you only focus on the two exact moments of the chair shots it’s great, but there’s 200 other Vince booked things in between. This wasn’t long-term storytelling it was a call back. It was a reference. The cheapest thing you can do in storytelling.
