AEW was realistically never actual competition but sometimes even the THREAT or illusion of competition pushes the business forward. AEW (its short success and more importantly its pitfalls) were among the first dominos to fall to get us here. Ariel is correct. There’s nothing wrong with acknowledging the path and what had to happen for us to get here.
