Tony isn’t exactly a tip top judge of talent, so he’s not gonna want her based off talent alone. And it’s pretty clear he never wanted to book women to begin with. Sasha is only getting so much because he feels like a winner taking WWE toys. I genuinely believe that he wouldn’t have offered her a deal, I also believe it’s possible she never asked. Can’t offer if you don’t talk to begin with and she very openly said it’s WWE or Japan.
