What are the causes of this WWE's new boom period? and why are other promotions like aew unable to capitalize on this new popularity of wrestling?

Bloodline Story + Cody + Rock coming back. Nothing else changed though (like the dogshit weekly shows) so unless the Netflix move comes with lots of new shit then the 'boom period' is going die as quickly as it was born.

The last boom period for a wrestling promotion was the WWF in 1999.
