I'm fine with the way it was but it should have been Austin instead of Taker. Rock selling the glass shatter would have been an all-time shot. Going for the whip, Austin ducking, middle fingers, stunner + one last Rock sell of it. There is no way Austin wasn't the first idea and Taker was just the backup

Obviously, and anyone who says otherwise is delusional/coping. But luckily the backup plan wasn't that bad because both Roman and Rock have history with a lot of different legends. Taker worked out and Brock would have worked too. Austin would have been the best for sure but he big leagued them and Taker still got a monster poo anyway.

Actually agree. Bloodline rules being just No DQ was a letdown. I was expecting more shenanigans. They still could have had the first half of the match play out with it being fairly straightforward. Rock being guest announcer I disagree with though, have him walk out like he did in the actual match to make it feel more impactful. And yes Cody should have gotten color too

They did a bloodline rules match the week before and it was just a regular no dq. It's just branding, when Rock said it for the first time on TV he probably didn't even think of it as a stipulation, just a way of saying they're gonna interfere

It's not really any sort of genius that he's posting. It's what was sold to you in the build of the match. Why wouldn't Bloodline Rules mean an all out beatdown on Cody from the start? Why wouldn't they stack the odds to help Roman immediately? Why wouldn't Cody bleed like he had building to the match while the Rock endlessly threatened to make him. That's part of why the match was such dogshit. It wasn't anything close to what was sold to you and just as it was starting to become that it was over. Same applies to night one
