It's funny how they're always more excited for their headcanon of the future rather than the current product. After the initial excitement wore off and AEW revealed itself to be a glorified indie they just latch on to the next supposed significant event and claim that will be the turning point for AEW but it never is. First it was the video game, then the deal with MAX that never happened, then Wembley, then it was supposed to be all the major free agent pick ups and finally this footage. They always work themselves into a frenzy and get massively let down, I'm sure a few days from now they'll have some new cope to get excited about and they'll keep doing that till Dynashit is getting 50k viewers on Destination America.
