It doesn't. It was a desperate attempt to pop ratings because of an interview CM Punk gave over a week ago that Tony is still seething mad over. It has nothing to do with Joe, Jungle Boy, or anyone else involved in that video besides Punk. Punk is the guy Tony looked up to, and when Punk called Tony out for booking shows with 1/3 full arenas, he got all butthurt and thought showing this footage would somehow make Punk look bad because Tony is legitimately retarded.
