Rushmore is set in stone, so should be the WWE equivalent. Just because you are really over or a huge draw won't change the significance of those choices (establish, grow, beautify, and preserve a union/company.)
If there's a backside to the Mountain, Rock is on it for being the best enemy of Austin and Cena. That side has Andre the Giant, Randy Savage, and the Undertaker as well. I can't explain why those are the back 4 but they are.
