If I ever met Corny, we’d probably get along very well because we completely agree on everything wrestling, but if, for whatever reason, I decided to reveal that I disagree entirely with his politics, he’d probably hate me. But I’d still enjoy his content and and opinions on wrestling because I’m an adult and I don’t have to surround myself with people who agree with me on everything. It’s so strange to me. Just because I find him to be politically retarded doesn’t somehow invalidate every single objectively true thing he’s ever said about pro wrestling that I agree with. Fuck man, my best friend and I completely disagree on politics but we’re still best friends and realize that one disagreement doesn’t somehow invalidate everything else we agree on and enjoy talking about.
He may be a spazzy democrat with TDS, but he’s absolutely correct about everything I watch him for to begin with: wrestling. You don’t have to agree with your friends or people you respect on every single damn thing, that’s incredibly childish.
