I’m not familiar with the NXT roster but Dexter Lumis is actually capable of playing a character that can emote/is crazy from his time in TNA. Plus they’re doing nothing with him.

Whenever Seth and Cody have another feud (you know it will happen), Seth will come out wearing Stardust-inspired gear. I'm convinced the only reason he didn't do it in their first feud is because it was too soon after Cody's return, and WWE wanted to make sure the American Nightmare is what they thought of, not Stardust.
