The other happened when they experimented with taking NXT on the road to get more people to come out (it flopped). I think there's been a couple of tag title changes too but I can't remember for life of me who it was (I think the Hart Foundation was involved one of them, can't remember who they faced).
TLDR: It basically never happens.
