How do you not get concussions? Like if you're a little bitch who shouldn't be wrestling because you take a chair shot and now you're concussed what is in your power to change?

Can confirm, two concussions playing rugby and the level of pain on impact was minimal. Granted I got knocked out on the second one so I guess I wouldn't have experienced the pain.
