His only good matches were with Orton and Seth. Even then, the only one with Orton that wasn’t a snoozefest was the heavily edited “greatest match of all time”. I really thought Edge was a hack until he started facing Christian. All of a sudden, he got good at wrestling

He was desperate for five stars in every WWE match he had. They were awful because he tried to ape NJPW main event structure and were three times longer than he could go.
