Bret invented the attitude era. It was the type of programming he always wanted.

People like warrior were quickly and brutally phased out of the attitude era - Ahmed Johnson, the road warriors, Vader, Dr Death. It wasn't about imposing physiques, potatoes, or locker room big leaguing anymore.

It was more the opposite really, Vader got big leagued by fags like Shawn in WWF, basically ruined his run.
Dr Death came in at like 44 years old, sawdusted to shit from his AJPW run
