You don't have to go to the gym to get fit anon. Try hiking, rock climbing, maybe a local sports league or even just playing games with your friends. Don't let your body go to waste

Hell yeah bro. Wish I could do more on my bench but I've got nagging shoulder issues so I usually just do low weight high reps at around 150. My main focus right now has been the pythons brother, hit a PR of 50lb curls for 5 reps each arm and biceps are a little over 16" now. Currently in my cut for summer, I'm down about 25lbs since January with roughly 10 left to go before the end of May to reach my goal.

These days I'm way more into trail running than lifting. Got a 100k trail race in about a month and a half and then this fall I'm going for my first 100 miler.

I’m pretty much at my goal.
That said, I’m presently on a business trip that has me jobbing to beers nightly due to a live band playing every single night below the hotel room I’m staying at. Can’t sleep till 11.
with this plus the foods around me, I feel bloated as hell.

200 for me but i do 30 reps per set, here's a cheat i recently discovered, if you do the 15 minutes but very intense cycling it will get you into the single bodyfat digits very fast, i tried commuting to my work and i live in a pretty hilly area and just try to get there as fast as i can so i basically never rest the entire commute

Been a model for about a year now so I can't bulk up at all but I still go to the gym with my faction members even if I can't do the super heavy weights, I always get weird looks though as everyone else looks like prime Lex Lugers while I'm here looking like ZSJ

Still losing weight. Target is 170. Started at 290. Below 200 now. Been doing DDP Yoga and a keto diet. After I hit 170 I'd like to start lifting up to 180 and stay there for the rest of my adult life.

Fitness goal is to lose weight. I'm not as big as a fat fuck I used to be but I still have a gut. At least I have some muscle underneath my fat. Kind of plateaud though on the weight loss. I think greatest contributor to that is not getting enough sleep because even when I was counting calories I wasn't seeing a difference.

For example I used to bench 225 on the Olympic bar, but I could almost do 80s with the dumbbells. You gotta be in shape just to lift those fuckers and lay down with em. It truly shows how big your dick is.

When I was working out I liked that the free weights like dumbbell exercises forced you to engage your core strength as well as the muscle groups. It gives you strength in weak positions.

I do like using dumbells to see how even/uneven I actually am. The barbell is nice though because I can go up in smaller increments more easily.

i see this a lot. i also see another version of this but its always big fat black guys doing a lot of quick reps without counting on some type of machine for a minute, cellphone break, go to another machine and repeat.

I'm 6'2", 145-150 pounds
how do I got moderately in shape, maybe soft core ottermode, without going into skinnyfat by mistake? Is there something I can do, maybe like 20 minutes 5 times a week and some simple diet choices? Currently I usually have:
oatmeal + OJ, sandwich+caprisun, chinese takeout and milk, maybe a soda and a chocolate ensure
