They have percieved name value, deals with all sorts of arenas, and so many wrestlers under contract it would be almost impossible to make a new company of any note with the free agents left. If a company wanted to buy a wrestling fed the supply is incredibly limited, so the sellers make the terms, and AEW is the biggest fed after WWE in terms of talent, deals, branding, etc.
