He's good worker, safe, everyone in the company likes him and he did a good job revitalizing himself in NXT with the tag team with Bron. Also doesn't hurt that he's pretty connected with the NFL being buddies with the Kelces and McAfee. Honestly he probably be good to have on ESPN stuff the way Miz and Cody are used as general entertainment ambassadors.

Watch his NXT run he's had recently, it's pretty much just him being a jockish asshole. Once he started teaming with Corbin he became a high energy jockish asshole, like it was pretty much just two football players taking their lockerroom antics public and also they like to beat people up. It's great.
