And on the other hand, in order for a child to be born, so many things have to go right. Miscarriages are actually common, VERY common. A lot of early pregnancies will never be detected cause the woman's body succesfully killed egg before anyone could realize whats going on.
And then, even if you enter the later stages, you arent free of worry. Birthing is an enormous challenge on the body of a woman. Will the kid come out physically disabled? Will it come out mentally disabled? There are a lot of worries that will be dispelled (or proven right) after birth aswell. So all in all, that thing going down smoothly is worthy of celebration.
