Why are people so angry that Danielson is trying his best to put talent over before he calls it a day? Every great wrestler has ended his career putting the next guy over. Wanna know the name of a GOAT who hasn't won a match in 5 years? John fucking Cena, but if he shows up tomorrow and is given a WWE championship match, no one would bat an eye because he is John Cena. Same goes for Daniel Bryan, if he wins the world championship next Dynamite, no one would say that he was losing because he is a better wrestler than the entire roster combined.

this is honestly why it's so good. People expected a good match but it broke all those expectations by being a great match.

This Ospreay Danielson one felt like "lol remember when we did Omega vs Danielson? Well let's pretend people forgot about that one and do this one but without anyone actually caring or making any sense"
