Phil does Pieface Perry and Perry comes towards him, gets pulled down by the hair and headlocked. As they are being separated Phil does throw a punch but misses Perry.

Shit like this happens in violent, competitive, sports/entertainment. Who's and test flow. There were plenty of underhanded remarks made by Phil on Collision and by the YB on BTE. It was a failure of Tony to have let his talent think they can behave like this on the most important even in the businesses history
