It can be bought out if they agree to it. Back in the 80s,90s, & 2000s, it was unthinkable. When Microshit first got into the gaming scene, their original plan was to just buy out Nintendo but Nintendo just laughed and was like nah, This was way back when Nintendo was getting its ass kicked by PS1 & PS2. Microsoft could've easily bought them out had Nintendo agreed to it. That's the type of attitude that Japs were known for having back then. It seems like Japan has the same exact competency crisis that the West has. In the West, it's due to multicultural diversity hires.

I don't think Tony is dumb enough to buy them out entirely, but he'll buy enough to the point that he could be considered as the de facto owner of njpw. I say good riddance, because it hasn't been njpw for nearly 20 years anyway. Kinda the same problem that WWF had.
I'd say just embrace the change because the current crop of fucking japs seem to be a bunch of westernized cucks who don't even speak english lol. This is really not the Japanese way at all who are usually proud of going down fighting, which is best exhibited by Nintendo who even when they were poor & Microsoft offered to bail them out of their woes, Nintendo still said fuck no and kept on doing their own thing. Nintendo represents the worst parts that I hate about Japanese business culture but I also find their ways respectable because they still manage to thrive by forcing us to play by their rules.
