I'll never understand/pw/'s hatred of Suzuki though. He's a GOAT contender by any metric, even if he's ancient now. He was great in AJPW, NJPW, NOAH, DDT and has traveled the world. He's fun in comedy matches, brutal in choppa matches, brilliant in grapple matches, etc. Singles, tags, factions... hell he even managed to get something out of a meaningless tag run with Nagata. They weren't booked to do a damn thing but they still promo'ed the shit out of it.
Yeah... I know somehow the smark nerd progressive fans latched onto him right near the end of his career but it's not his fault. He didn't ask to be the hecking murder grandpa.
