The "prestige" of the fake fighting belt is more at threat in the leftmost image because it's a very carelessly set up international title defense of a Japanese title that by nature of it's occurrence is an outright statement that said belt is so lowly and lesser it's value doesn't extend beyond hastily-cobbled matches on a weekly television show.
The right guy -- while I think he's an absolute shitter -- is at the very least a domestic prospect being set up in an important way and is defending the belt in a match heavily promoted beforehand.
