Prichard has been constantly employed by wrestling companies since he was about 13 years old. He was a child prodigy. He understands the wrestling business and more importantly he understands how to produce TV. Being a producer for TV segments (an actual producer, not an agent) requires a selection of different skills that are hard to come by in TV generally let alone in wrestling and he's a bit of a one off to have experience of territories, experience of television across numerous decades and experience of talent development.
Most have been expecting him to jump to Hollywood for a while now but he seems comfortable in WWE and I guess the Vince association has trapped him there now.
