>>14402168>Cody in AEW is all Tony's faultI guess that's /pw/. Tony should get a lot of shit, but Cody was clearly booking himself and immediately gimped himself from the start. He was mega-over and killed any momentum he could get by adding that dumb stipulation and refusing to turn when he should've.
>Jinder's reign was good.It objectively killed SD. He basically did nothing for the belt and went right back into being a jobber from how terrible the reign was. They didn't even let him main event the fucking tour they made him champion for (which he lost the belt before). I'll never understand how people can say this was good.
>Blah Blah Bryan wasn't over it was the chant. They spent months trying to pass the chant to other guys and they kept having to push Bryan to the top. You could say what you want about him now, but in 2013-2014, it was blatantly obvious he was the fucking guy.
>General Vince revisonismI guess this is the most prominent and stupidest one. Like five years ago before this board... well the one before it, became enthralled in cancerous console wars, people were (rightfully) shitting on WWE. Now, we have people who claim the company was better under Vince, even though HHH objectively increased attendance, merch, and basically got them their next big deal off his booking and how hot the company was. People legit want the 2017-2022 fucking Vince booking. When we were tarp posting, they had to stop doing house shows due to low attendance, and the stories went nowhere. It's fucking nuts. I don't even like all HHH's booking, but to say that things didn't quickly move under his regime is nuts. It was enough for TKO to force Vince off WWE when they bought the company.
