You put the World Championship on Swerve because he's the guy you've been building up for two years, and you can do the story you've set up with Hangman with him.
You put the Continental Championship on Okada and treat it as a "prestige" championship with the different rules and you can have Okada go into the C2 at the end of the year as an unbeaten champ.
You put the International Championship on Ospreay, an actual international star, so he can have heckin bangerinos against a variety of guys on TV. Sorta like what Orange Cassidy did with the title but with a higher emphasis on match quality.
It's a difficult balance to hit but if it works, you have a version of what NJPW did with the IWGP and Intercontinental Championship when they were hot, where you have multiple belts that all feel like top tier titles. I dunno where the TNT Title fits into this. Copeland is doing his thing, but it just kinda feels like another title. You should probably unify the TNT Title with one of the others.
