The "flippy shitter" indy wrestling style isn't all that impressive any more, but that's because there's hundreds of men nationwide who can do it. What we haven't seen is dozens, or even a dozen, women who can do those moves (springboard 450 splash, shooting star press, etc). If/when WWE starts collecting all these gymnasts and basketball players, and other athletes trained to jump and twist, that will be the predominant style.
WWE fans are going to have to walk back their "they're just doing moves" stuff, because that's what the Women will be doing-- so they'll look stupid to continue attacking AEW for it. AEW fan will have to somehow attack the WWE women for doing the style AEW men have made popular, elsewise their only play is the "yeah but those women aren't telling stories in the ring!", which will be the height of hypocrisy.
Of all the things to make AEW change up their formula, it may be the NXT Women (and NIL wrestlers in general) who make them do it
