He's a guy with a genuinely big heart who despite his own fears always tries to do what is best for the rest, even if it means he has to put himself in danger. He's not as fiery as Tai or as cool as Matt, but God, you just can't stop loving Joe and his energy. Extremely lovable guy.
And despite his wackyness, he is indeed the wisest of the 01 crew and always seemed to have some smart insights that help the crew.
And again, Mimi and Joe had the best interactions of any of the Chosen Children. Genuinely love the two of them.
