>>14464430You could tell who grew up on WCW and who didn't because they fall for WWE slop propaganda. The episodes are literally on the Network.
Hall and Nash were presented as OUTSIDERS not employees. When Hogan turned, he hinted towards being paid by someone with as much money and Billionaire Ted. Of course, it was eventually Millionaire Ted (DiBiase) and he backed up the NWO.
Anyway, the entire point is that these guys were never WCW employees when the angle started. There's a reason PPVs and shit were stylized as "WCW/NWO presents : _________"
NWO was always supposed to be presented as another fed.
This angle doesn't make sense because these people work with Tony, are his EVPs and Tony was just OK with all the shit they were doing. Scapegoat has a fucking point to be mad, because he literally wasn't doing shit and the owner never said anything. That doesn't make any sense. Plus, this is an angle about a guy who isn't there anymore because he got fired for pushing some monitors-- which scared Tony.
So now, Tony eats a move and doesn't fire these guys? Nash is right. This shit is retarded and clearly wasn't planned all the way. Whatever direction they were going switched because the Punk thing contradicts anything else they do.
