There must have been a big chunk of DVRs that didn't record Rampage (because it got cancelled, unfortunately) and caused some fans to miss it when they otherwise would have recorded/watched it
Tony should really consider airing Collision as a 3-hour block instead of Collision+Rampage because it looks like it cost him 100k+ off the rating here.
