Joking aside, WBD will renew. It will be a face saving figure (so Meltzer and the rest can manipulate the headline into a positive), but WBD allegedly owns part of AEW so they're invested in its survival.
Presumably they'll do a deal whereby AEW stay on TV but TK buys back the company as part of the deal, making it seem like it's a high revenue value.
