-tv matches going way too long, noone gets real wins and everyone has to got 15-20 minutes with undercard guys and jobbers
-when they do go shorter than 20 minutes they're pointless 1 minute squashes
-Tony making himself the face of the company and embarassing himself repeatedly
-mishandling most of their big signings, whether it's burying Jay White or completely cooling off Sasha for no reason or letting Danielson be a midcarder, list goes on
-constantly booking large venues so they can sit not even half the building which kills the crowd and sounds like shit on tv
-the absolute inability to book a hot angle
-the guys especially the younger ones just don't get enough experience working only once maybe twice a week and so the in ring sucks outside the top tier workers
