The Brand Split legitimately killed wrestling more than WCW getting bought out or the Curtain Call.

When it first started it out it alienated a huge chuink of the audience who didn't have cable tv so they never ever got to see people like Austin and Rock since they were only on RAW. Now you have two shows and you stack one of them that is popular with all the people you want to see while the other show is a boring 3 hour mess with endless shitter. Also the concept of pretending RAW is WWE and Smackdown is WCW or something is very fucking retarded. Why don't they end this shit already and just have one brand?
